My NDS Lite

Okay, so technically this NDS isn't mine. It's my partner's, LOL. But what's mine is yours or whatever, right?
I got my first DS Lite around... 2008(?) and it was the iconic, beautiful pastel pink one. I loved that thing,
it was the first console that was truly mine and not shared with my siblings. I remember some of the games I played
were My Sims Kingdom (2008), Imagine Babyz (2007), and Imagine Babysitters (2008). I also had a couple random GBA games
like Shrek Swamp Kart Speedway (2002). Because I was so young, I didn't ever really get other games so I think I
played all those over and over until I got my next console.
In case you're wondering, I don't have my lovely pink DS Lite anymore because I gave it to my niece when I got my 3DS.
Unfortunately, instead of cherishing it like I did, she just threw it to the side and lost it. I asked her YEARS later
if I could have it back and she told me she hasn't seen it in years. :( Very sad day.
Luckily, when my girlfriend saw me starting to collect and mod old handhelds, she let me use her NDS Lite so it has been
added to my collection. She's a bit dirty now and has an off-white color, but I think she's cute still! I haven't used it
since I got my new 3DS XL but I was last
replaying My Sims Kingdom (2008) and Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town (2003).
My NDS Lite is modded, and was probably the easiest modding experience I've had so far! Here are the resources I used to mod mine, and it takes
less than 10 minutes.
